*Delivery<\/strong> to<\/strong> the<\/strong> place<\/strong> does<\/strong> not<\/strong> include<\/strong> unloading<\/strong> and<\/strong> carrying<\/strong> the product.<\/strong><\/p>\n

General<\/strong> conditions<\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Delivery of the product to the place is carried out within 2 working days in Tbilisi.
The customer is notified of the delivery time one hour before delivery.
f the customer did not meet the courier at the agreed time and could not collect the purchase, repeated delivery will be reimbursed again.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/strong> terms<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Delivery<\/strong> service<\/strong> is<\/strong> free<\/strong> if:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The purchase price exceeds 800 GEL, and the weight does not exceed 1500 kg;<\/p>\n

In<\/strong> Tbilisi<\/strong>,<\/strong> the<\/strong> cost<\/strong> of<\/strong> delivery<\/strong> is<\/strong> 50<\/strong> GEL<\/strong> if<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

The weight of the purchased product is from 1500 kg to 3600 kg, and the price does not exceed 1500 GEL.
On-<\/strong>site<\/strong> delivery<\/strong> does not include<\/strong> <\/strong>unloading<\/strong> and<\/strong> carrying<\/strong> the<\/strong> product.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • When handing over the product, the customer must present an identity document to the courier and sign the waybill;<\/li>\n
  • The order can be canceled only if the product has not been sent to the place of delivery at the time of cancellation;<\/li>\n
  • The purchase will be issued within two days, upon presentation of the identity card and receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    *It<\/strong> is<\/strong> neccessary<\/strong> <\/strong>to<\/strong> wait<\/strong> for<\/strong> the<\/strong> notification<\/strong> <\/strong>that<\/strong> the<\/strong> <\/strong> <\/strong>product<\/strong> you<\/strong> ordered<\/strong> is<\/strong> ready<\/strong> for<\/strong> pickup<\/strong> before<\/strong> coming to the store.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

    Product<\/strong> return<\/strong> \/ exchange<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The product can be returned or exchanged if the purchase does not comply with:<\/p>\n

    • purchased product,<\/li>\n
    • quality,<\/li>\n
    • quantity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Product<\/strong> return<\/strong> conditions<\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n

      • payment receipt; <\/li>\n
      • identity document;<\/li>\n
      • Product presented in original packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        If the return request is confirmed, the amount will be reimbursed within 3 working days.<\/p>\n

        In<\/strong> case<\/strong> of return<\/strong> of the purchase<\/strong> <\/strong>the<\/strong> company<\/strong> undertakes<\/strong> to<\/strong> reimburse<\/strong> 100% of the paid amount<\/strong> <\/strong>100%<\/strong> <\/strong>if<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • The product’s appearance is preserved and all additional parts that were received at the time of purchase are included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Upon receipt of the products, check the integrity of the purchase and in case of defects, immediately notify the information center.<\/p>\n

          Product<\/strong> change<\/strong> dates<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • If the request to change the product is confirmed, the company will provide the customer with an identical product within 3 working days;<\/li>\n
          • If the product is not available at the given moment, the company will refund the paid amount within three working days;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            The<\/strong> order<\/strong> can<\/strong> be<\/strong> returned<\/strong> or<\/strong> exchanged<\/strong> within<\/strong> 30<\/strong> calendar<\/strong> days<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
