Ceper Façade Plaster
About the Product
Ceper façade plaster is a cement- and perlite-based plaster with lightweight fillers and high hydraulic polymerization, enriched with additives that expand its application possibilities. The composition is frost-resistant, durable against water and external environmental factors, and features excellent properties. It is strong, elastic, and crack-resistant. Complies with GOST 28013-98 standard.
Applications
-
For plastering concrete surfaces of walls and ceilings;
-
For laying and plastering surfaces of brick, stone, block, and aerated block materials;
-
Suitable for both machine-applied and manual plastering of walls and ceilings.
Advantages
-
Resistant to water and humidity;
-
A clean skim coat can be applied over plastered surfaces, saving repair costs;
-
Plastered surfaces remain warm in winter and cool in summer;
-
When applied using a plastering machine, it facilitates the work of the craftsman and allows fast plastering of large surface areas.
Consumption
-
For plastering 1 m² of surface with 8–10 mm thickness: 12–14 kg of plaster mix;
-
When machine-applied, 25 kg of packaged plaster mix can cover approximately 2 m² of surface.
Storage and Shelf Life
-
Unopened packaging can be stored for 12 months in dry conditions, stacked no more than 10 layers high.
Precautions
-
As the plaster contains additives, in case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with running water;
-
Do not add any additives not specified in the instructions;
-
The above data were obtained under laboratory conditions at +23°C ± 2°C and 50% ± 5% humidity. Actual performance may vary depending on conditions.
