Please read the terms of the agreement carefully.

1. Any adult person or organization (hereinafter the user) can register and place an order in the construction materials online platform system (hereinafter – the system).

2. Registration in the system, or placing an order, confirms the user’s will, the data uploaded to the system, with the guarantee of protection of personal information, to be processed for statistical and analytical purposes.

3. Registration in the system and/or placing of an order is carried out only online, on the basis of the direct will of the user.

4.The registration in system is for life The user registered in the system has the right to terminate the registration at any time.

5. Viewing the catalog published in the system, using calculators and calculating approximate transportation prices can be done by any user who has access to the system.

6. Registering in the system, using calculators, browsing the catalog, comparing and using the basket of desired products, as well as the shopping basket and placing an order directly are free of charge.

7. Only a user registered in the system (subsequently registered user) can place an order

8. During registration, the user chooses the authentication option: using his own facebook or google account; or create a local account.

9. The registered user must correctly and conscientiously fill in additional parameters on the account page, including personal number and/or organization name/identification code.

10. It is not allowed to transfer the authentication data to a third party, otherwise “Sando” LLC will be relieved of its responsibility for the protection of personal information.

11. Prohibited: The information obtained through the system cannot be sold, distributed, made public, disclosed through data transfer, or otherwise made available, as well as used for political, religious and discriminatory purposes.

12. It is not allowed to abuse a person’s personal number or organization’s identification data. In case of discovering a similar fact, the user should personally contact “Sando” LLC through at least one of the channels published in the contact information, in order to terminate the registration.

13. A user registered once in the system will not be able to register again without canceling the previous registration.

14. Full responsibility for the correctness of the information placed in their profile rests with the respective user registered in the system.

15. It is impossible for information containing personal data (for example personal number) to become public through the system to other users of the system.

16. The system administration is authorized to automatically empty the contents of the shopping cart and desired products created in the system and left inactive for 6 months.

17. The system administration is obliged to make visible the progress of the order and payment processes, to notify the user of important events in the format of SMS or eMail.

18. The system administration is obliged to protect the registered user’s personal data from disclosure.

19. Registration in the system, without prior warning to the user, can be terminated for the following reasons: a) receiving confirmed information about the user’s profile containing incorrect/false information; b) discriminatory, defamatory or offensive information was published by the user.

20. When placing an order, the registered user confirms that he has familiarized himself with the following information available in the system: a) transportation conditions; b) payment terms; c) technical description of the products to be purchased;

21. When placing an order, the registered user must correctly and in good faith indicate the destination and billing addresses.

Privacy

1. Collection and use of information is carried out:

1.1 When using and registering on the sandogroup.ge website, the customer may be required to disclose such personal information as: first name, last name, personal number, e-mail address, actual address, phone number;
1.2 using personal data provided by the user, after which sandogroup.ge reserves the right to inform him of information about products, news, promotions and offers posted on the platform;
1.3 By paying the amount, when providing relevant banking and financial services, the user’s financial information on the site is handled by an electronic payment system, which the platform administration does not have access to;
1.4 through cookies, which store non-personal identification information, at which point no specific user is identified;
1.5 through the “Uniform Resource Locator” “URL” of the website you were on before accessing our site;
1.6 the “URL” of the website you access after leaving our site;
1.7 through the type of browser and Internet Protocol “IP” address of the device you use;
1.8 When you use our website, we and/or third party service providers and advertisers authorized by us may automatically receive this information. This is done through such electronic mechanisms as “Cookies”, “Web Beacons”, “Pixel Tags”;
1.9 the customer wishes to receive our products and/or services;
1.10 Communication with the customer is carried out by phone and/or e-mail.

2. With whom and on what basis we share your personal data:

2.1 applicable Georgian legislation and regulations, court ruling and/or official request, instructions issued by the state regulatory body and any similar procedure conducted on the basis of applicable legislation;
2.2 Requests from other organizations, in the event that the mentioned parties provide mandatory consent to keep your data safe and confidential;
2.3 We will also disclose information where we deem it necessary to protect our rights and/or to satisfy any legal process, judgment/decision or other legal process against the Website;
2.4 Your information may be transferred by us to: government bodies or entities, regulatory bodies or any other person, those organizations that need to provide or offer you certain information about the product or service you have selected.

3. Protection of personal information:

3.1 Personal information provided by the user through sandogroup.ge is confidential and not subject to transfer to third parties for various purposes;
3.2 The platform guarantees that the personal information provided by the user will not be used for purposes prohibited by law;
3.3 Disclosure of personal information to third parties may occur only in case of urgent necessity, based on the request of the relevant authorized body, in the cases provided for by the legislation of Georgia;
3.4 Similar to the promise of personal data privacy protection, the said data is protected by the Law of Georgia “On Personal Data Protection”.

4. Responsibility:

4.1 The user is responsible for the completeness, accuracy and timely updating of the personal information submitted by him;
4.2 The customer is obliged to protect his personal information from disclosure to third parties;
4.3 sandogroup.ge is not responsible for the damage caused to the user by the transfer/disclosure of his/her personal information and/or password and other details to a third party.
