Giper is the natural gypsum and perlite based plaster designed for special machine plastering internal walls built of brick, sawn stone blocks, concrete and other materials.

standards Intended uses :

Machine plaster enriched with chemical admixtures and with enhanced sound absorption and heat insulation properties applying directly on walls built of brick, stone and other materials and substitutes cement plaster.

 Surface preparation :

application of gypsum based dirt, loose particles and other foreign particles that prevent the proper adhesion of the plaster. Check and ensure the soundness of the surface where appropriate. in the hot weather conditions considering improvement of adsorption capability of some surfaces (such as brick, sawn stone blocks) in order to icrease adhesiveness surfaces must be washed with binder before 24 hours application. In order to increase adhesiveness at the smooth concrete surfaces must apply “Giper KONTAKT” or relevant product.

Preparation and application of the mixture:

The sufficient amount of dry plaster is added to the water in the mixing container which is continuously fed with water, so that required water/dry plaster material ratio is obtained.

The mixture is then automatically mixed and brought to the homogenous consistence, upon which is, with the aid of the compressor, applied to the prepared surface using spraying gun.

The application thickness should not be less than 10 mm.

Then the surface is leveled out using profile rail and the surplus mixture is skimmed off. The plaster may be float finished (troweled) if a pressed finger doesn’t leave an indent on its surface.

Thus, 1 hour after application, the plaster surface should be dampened a bit and troweled and 10-15 minutes later the surface is leveled using a metal rasp trowel. In cases where the required thickness of the plaster coat exceeds 3 cm, the plaster is placed in two coats.

Note: Pay attention to use pure water, clean mixing vessel, tools and plastering machine.

Shelf life and storage conditions:

The product must be save at dry and clean place, on wooden racks, maximum 10 bags per rack placed one over another, provided not contact with the floor.
